Rotary Vocational Award

Each month, Rockport Rotary presents a community member with a Vocational Award. The September 2014 recipient is Alma Cartwright, Aransas County Treasurer. Alma a lifetime resident of the Coastal Bend area has been employed with the County government for over 8 years. Her duties include managing all County funds & banking, the County Budget & Payroll and overseeing the County Indigent Health Care program.
