4 Way Test Speech Contest Area 3

I am pleased to announce Ms. Emme Bettes, from Rockport-Fulton High School representing the Rockport Rotary Club has won the Area 3 Four Way Test competition. She received a $300.00 academic award.  Emme will represent Area 3 in the District 5930 Competition at the Holiday Inn, Downtown Corpus Christi on May 3rd 2014.
